Grey flint with cortex, appearing brown under transmitted light;scraper. A thick flake with broad flakes struck from its dorsal side by hard hammer, and with a concave ventral surface with a prominent bulb at one end. Short abrupt retouch executed from the dorsal aspect follows one straight edge, trims cortex from the end, and also part of the opposite edge, possibly to enable pressure to be brought to bear on the longer side.
