An incomplete post Medieval finger signet ring possibly dating to AD.1650-1800. The ring has a large ovoid bezel which is engraved with the initials 'R C' in reverse with a five-pointed star above the letter 'C', plus multiple dot design surrounding the letters. The bezel design is encompassed within a circular border. The large bezel tapers sharply down to the band and is broken at both ends. The band is D shaped in cross-section. The ring has a light green patina with dark green patches.

The ring measures 22mm in length, 14.4mm in maximum width, and weighs 4.05g. The longest part of the surviving band is 11.3mm in height.
