Copper-alloy Roman barbarous radiate, dating to the period 275 - 285 AD (Reece Period 14). Obverse of right-facing radiate bust, inscription illegible. Reverse of standing figure with shield in right hand, inscription illegible. Mint mark apparent under figure on reverse, but nonsensical. The coin is small, measuring 9.21mm in diameter, 1.46mm in thickness and weighing 0.49g.
