Copper alloy possible sword belt fitting fragment. A cast plate with a trefoil end with a fixing hole of diameter 3mm drilled through its central knop. The display face bears moulded vegetal ornament. The object is possibly broken at its wider end; alternatively this may be a mount of similar date. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1500-1650.
