An incomplete and gilded Medieval silver penny of Henry IV (1399-1413), minted at York. Heavy Coinage, 1399-1412 (North 1991: 66, ref: 1350).

Obverse: h[EnRIC REX [ ]; Crowned bust facing.

Reverse: CIVI/[TAS/EBO]RACI; Long cross dividing the inscription with three pellets in each quadrant.

Diameter: 18.3mm. Weight 0.73g. DA=12:9.
