A secondary flint waste flake of uncertain (Mesolithic to Bronze Age ) date.
The proximal end of the sub-triangular flake exhibits a prominent bulb-of-percussion and bulb scar, beneath which is a conchoidal fracture. The proximal end of the flake retains some of the original flint cortex. On the dorsal surface, arrises separate three flake removal scars. The edges of the flake are chipped, probably as a result of post-depositional damage. The exposed flint is dark grey and unpatinated.
