A ceramic body sherd of probable late Medieval or Post-Medieval date, probably a local North Devon gravel tempered ware, c. AD 1400-1800. An oxidised fabric with a reduced core, and containing an abundant, relatively fine grained angular gravel temper of quartz, <2.0mm, and frequent ferrous inclusions. Weight 7.68g.
