An incomplete Medieval copper-alloy harness pendant (c. 1200-c. 1400).
This square pendant has a stem of a suspension loop at the centre of the top but the suspension loop is missing. The pendant has a raised border which contains a raised cross fleury motif with a projection at the centre of the cross. The end of this projection can be seen on the rear face. Small flecks bluish grey material can be seen on the cross. There are flecks of gilding on the border. The rear face is reddish brown with patches of bluish grey material which is similar to the material at the front.
