Bronze age copper alloy socketed axe head fragment, Length: 42 mm, width: 61 mm, thickness: 19 mm, weight: 127 grams. The fragment consists of the blade end and is sub- rectangular in form and cross section. It has a hollow rectangular core and the object tapers in width down towards its slightly flared rounded blade which is 3mm thick at its tip. It is very worn and has no diagnostic features present.
