A complete flint Side Scraper of Neolithic date (3450-2100 BC). The object is crescent shaped in plan and plano convex in section. The dorsal surface is convex and have covering parallel flaking. The right hand edge has rough semi-abrupt retouch. The ventral surface is predominantly flat with multiple parallel negative scars.

The flint is a mid-grey in colour with cream inclusions throughout. The lithic retains no cortex and is therefore a tertiary flake.

Length: 50.35mm, Width: 29.30mm, Thickness: 18.33mm, Weight: 19.9g.
