Copper alloy harness mount consisting of a bar that has an expanded central panel. On one side is a short semi-circular cross section arms that terminate in a loop that has three evenly spaced outwardly projection knops running around its circumference. The opposite side of the bar is truncated but looks to have formed a larger panel that probably contained at least two loops.
