A copper-alloy halfpenny Conder token of Iron Master, James Wilkinson, AD 1728-1808. Obverse shows wigged bust facing right. Obverse legend reads JOHN WILKINSON IRONMASTER. Reverse shows seated iron worker hammering metal on anvil, with date 1790 below this. Reverse legend reads HALFPENNY. Diameter is 29.2mm, thickness is 2.1mm, weight is 11.2g, and die axis is 6 o'clock.

Around the edge of the token are the place names BRADLEY, WILLEY, SNEDSHILL and BERSHAM, all places where Wilkinson established ironworks in the second half of the 18th century.
