Medieval circular lead spindle whorl with a straight-sided central hole, diameter 8mm. Decorated with six projecting lozengiform bosses separated by groups of vertical ribs. The circumference is followed by a pronounced casting flash. Diameter 27mm. Height 13.6mm. Weight 37.22g. Similar examples have been recorded in Norfolk from King's Lynn (HER 36070), Kempstone (HER 61360, NMS-2008C3), Kenninghall (HER 39262), Upwell (HER 41359, NMS-6ADF54), Stody (HER 50107, NMS-1C3CD7) and Scarning (HER 60320, NMS-E88A39).
