Part of the base of a Roman glass prismatic jar (square or rectangular). The piece consists of part of the base in one corner showing the jar had slightly concave sides and has broken where the base turns up to the side. The base was concave and thickened towards the middle but the entre of the middle does not survive and with the incomplete edges the original size is unclear. The glass is a clear, translucent pale blue with elongated airbubbles. The fragment is 30.1mm long, 32.5mm wide and 10.3mm thick and weighs 11.60 grams.
It is possible SOM-D8B7B2 found near by was the side of the same or a similar vessel.
