Obverse description: Crowned heater shaped shield with granulated edge charged with the Arms of France Ancient (six lis), initial cross pattee.

Obverse inscription: '+AVE MARIA :GRACIA:PLI'

Reverse description: Double stranded arcuate double stranded cross fleuretty with lis terminals and central Lis, A rose or flower in each quarter.Plain cross.

Reverse inscription: '+AVE MARIA:GRACIA:PLI'

The inscription of this jetton translates as 'hail Mary full of grace'.
