A Medieval to Post-Medieval copper alloy annular buckle with a central bar, probably dating to c. AD 1450-1600. The frame and bar are rectangualr in cross section, the outer edge of the frame is case into the form of a five-petaled rose.

A similar buckle was excavated in Norwich in a context dated to AD 1561-1690 (Margeson 1993: 29, no. 157), however, they are often assumed to be earlier based on their decoration, cf. PUBLIC-655D05, HAMP-AD9215.
