An incomplete lead or lead alloy unifaced token, of Late Medieval to Early Post Medieval dating (AD 1400 to AD1700).
The token is circular and flat. The obverse depicts a two initials, H S(reversed), with a pellet between them and a line above and below. A border of small inward pointing triangles is present (Powell type 2). The reverse is undecorated.
The token has a diameter of 22.0 mm and is 1.7 mm thick. It weighs 3.8 g.
The token is a dark grey colour, with an even surface patina.
