A ceramic sherd from a Vessel of Medieval date (AD 1350-1500). The object is a body sherd from a large vessel. The fabric is a grey with an orange buff interior surface due to differential oxidisation. The fabric is hard and sandy with frequent calcite inclusions. There is a small amount of retained glaze or slip on the outer surface which is cream in colour.
