An incomplete lead or lead alloy cloth seal. The seal is sub-circular with a partial connecting lug at one end and evidence of a lug connection at the opposite end suggesting either disc 2 or 3 of a four-disc seal.
The face of the seal disc depicts a coat-of-arms comprising a shield in four quarters. The top right quarter of the sheild depicts a lion rampant; the bottom left quarter depicts a harp. The remaining two quarters of the shield are further sub-divided into four quarters, each one showing three lis in the top left and bottom right and three lions passant in the other two quarters.
The reverse of the seal disc is plain and undecorated.
