Concavo-convex discoid button fragment comprising a die-stamped front bearing the monogram letters W R and retaining gilding traces, with a flat back plate with holes from a separate loop [lost]. The back plate is now pressed into the back of the button front. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1800-1850.
