A Greek copper alloy AE unit of Massalia dating to the period c200 to c1 BC. Obverse shows the head of Apollo facing right. Reverse shows a bull butting right, MAΣΣ above, uncertain working in exergue below. Cf SNG UK 1000, 34/35. The mint is Masslia.

The diameter is 14mm, and the weight is 1.9g.

The reverse inscription is MAΣΣ.
