An incomplete Post Medieval copper alloy seal matrix dating from AD1600-1700. The seal matrix has a trefoil openwork handle, with an additional central hole. The top of the handle is broken at the apex which is now missing. The die is oval in form and has a standing bird with outstretched wings. The bird is standing on a crescent, holding an olive branch in its beak, all within an oval beaded border.
