Copper alloy buckle fragment. Cast copper alloy double looped buckle with a knop at either end of the narrowed strap bar and paired mouldings on its outer edge, possibly serving as a pin rest. Coated in black material. One loop is lost, and what remains has been wrenched forward of its strap bar with some force, though the buckle might have continued in use after this. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1500-1650.
