An incomplete cast copper-alloy tanged razor of probable Late Bronze Age date and unusual form, c. 1150-800 BC. The razor demonstrates a leaf-shaped lenticular sectioned blade, the sides of which have suffered some minor losses due to post-depositional damage. The bade tapers towards its rear edge, where there are two trunnion-like projections marking the beginnings of the tang, after which the remainder of the handle flattens out before tapering further and bifurcating in what is possibly the base of a terminal loop (though this section of the object is broken away in old damage). Preserved in fair condition, with a mottled chocolate-brown patina that is mottled in places by pits of active or semi-active green corrosion product, it survives to a length of 90.6mm, 26.37mm wide at the midpoint of its blade, and 2.63mm thick at the midpoint of the blade. It weighs 21.76g.

Peter Reavill comments that based on the form of its tang, this example is unlike any classified by Piggott, though the appearance of the blade is practically identical to those on the usual 'rat-tailed' form of razors. For comparable examples in this aspect, see PAS records DENO-BB1BD6 and NARC-E52F71.
