A worn copper-alloy English Medieval jetton dating c. 1280-1340. Mernick obv/rev type 2d.22/35. Obverse: sterling bust within solid inner border, pseudo-legend of pellets around. Reverse: long cross quartering jetton, three pellets in each angle (each with an extra smaller pellet at its centre) within inner solid border, pseudo-legend of pellets around.
