Medieval penny of Edward III dating from c. AD1351-1361. Pre-Treaty period. Saltire on breast.

Obv: Crowned bust facing with saltire at neck / [EDWADVS REX ANGLI Z]
Rev: Long cross with three pellets in each angle and a quatrefoil at centre / [CIVI TAS EBO RACI]

NB the obv and rev images need to be rotated 90 degrees clockwise
