Medieval copper alloy strap fitting: bar mount with perforated terminal lobes, both perforations splayed on reverse, one with copper alloy rivet, the other broken. Large hollow-backed central lobe decorated with a band of incised cross-haching. Extant length 21mm. Width 12mm. Cf. similar types in Egan and Pritchard (2002), nos.1160 and 1161. 14th century.
