A cast lead token bearing a similar design to an impersonal stock design of a cross in a circle with a pellet in each quarter (diameter: 21.1mm; thickness: 2.7mm; weight: 6.06g). The reverse has evidence of a rim, as well as deliberate marking in the form of scratches. There is no original decoration on the reverse, suggesting a possible dating to the 18th century AD, as these designs persisted. However, these later derivatives bear a design on the face only, which is evident on this artefact. The token is worn but in a fair condition.

A similar 17th century design is illustrated in Mitchiner & Skinner's 'English Tokens c. 1425 to 1672' within The British Numismatic Journal Volume 54, 1984, page 163 & plate 22, ref no 44.
