Copper alloy strap end. Strap end comprising two sheet metal plates, the front one thicker [1.1mm] and the rear thinner [0.5mm], with a pointed and possibly trefoil end. The front plate bears traces of black colorant, and is broken. Abraded. Suggested date: Medieval, 1270-1450.
