Post medieval copper alloy asymmetrical double loop buckle dating to the period c. AD 1575 - 1700. The narrowed axis bar has a rounded knop at either end and is largely obscured by a large lump of iron corrosion from the pin and chape. One loop is trapezoidal, the outer edge moulded into six lobed knops. The other loop is trapezoidal with four lobed knops.
