Medieval copper alloy single loop buckle with ornate outer edge dating to the period c. AD 1150 - 1400. The strap bar is narrowed and offset. The frame is D-shaped, now bent out of shape, with an expanded and bevelled outside edge, decorated with two knops. See: Egan & Pritchard, 2002, p. 72 - 73, no. 300.
