Description: Middle to late Iron Age. Bodysherd. Uncertain vessel type, probably storage jar. Local type. Frequent quartz, sparse fossil shell, occasional metamorphic rock. Oxidised.
Fabric: Oxidised. banded. Dark grey core. Variable dark grey to light brown exterior. Light brown interior. Hard.
Inclusions: Frequent quartz (<1 mm), Sparse fossil shell (>1 mm), occasional metamorphic (<1 mm). Well sorted.
Forming: Hand made. Decoration: none. Surface treatment: none. Condition: Abraded.
Form: uncertain. Probably a storage jar.
