A unifacially worked knife made on a flake of Portland chert. The chert is opaque and dark grey in colour with a low-gloss patina, the knife is sub-triangular in shape with a triangular cross section. The dorsal face right side margin shows semi invasive scaled, semi abrupt retouch, possibly pressure flaked, this extends around the proximal end and part of the distal end. The ventral face shows a low bulb of percussion indicating probable use of a soft hammer, however there are strong ripples and a bulbar scar. There is slight flaking to straighten the left side edge, this would classify as minor working rather than bifacial.
