Post-medieval copper alloy harness mount with remains of a pair of integral round-sectioned attachment spikes on the reverse, gently convex fronted and hollow backed, in the form of an acorn with a break across the apex with part of the cap and probable stalk missing. Cf. Read 2016, no. 334. Extant length 21.5mm. Width 12mm. 17th century.
