An incomplete post-medieval copper alloy pastry jigger, consisting of the wheel only and dating to c. 1700 - 1800. The wheel is circular with a crimped edge and a slight circular depression at the centre of each face, for attachment to the handle. This circular area is surrounded by iron staining.
