Worn and incomplete Roman copper alloy Colchester Derivative bow brooch with hinged pin (Mackreth 2011 CD H). Tubular wings with incised vertical lines, contains corroded remains of iron axis bar, pin missing. Broken D-sectioned bow with traces of vertical groove, foot and catchplate missing. Wingspan 20mm. Extant length 14mm. c. AD 50 - 150.
