Roman (2nd to 3rd centuries) finger ring: The ring has been cast, and has a horizontal oval cell bezel. The cell has no traces of the original filling but has a high-relief linear design in the form of three vertical lines within a penannular oval . The shoulders are undecorated and taper towards the loop, of which only a small portion remains. The breaks of the loop are not too recent. The loop has an oval section.
The surface of the ring has an incomplete dark green patina.
It measures 20.8mm long from the hoop terminals, 6.47mm wide across the bezel and weighs 1.48g.
The finger ring is Roman and dates to the 2nd to 3rd centuries.
