Two thin walled body sherds of medieval (1200-1550) earthen ware pottery. These two sherds are very worn and probably come from the body of either earthenware storage jars or cooking pots / vessels. The fabric is relatively hard with a number of angular and sub-angular quartz, and broken burnt pottery inclusions. The fabric colour is a mid orange. Both sherds are worn, probably through abrasion in the plough soil. Neither sherds are glazed. Due to the smallness of the sherds the circumference of the vessel cannot be estimated. Total weight 7.97 grams.
