A medieval copper-alloy Portuguese jetton. Shields of Portugal type inscribed GALARDOn [...], dating to c. 1383-1433 (reign of John I). Mint uncertain. See Barnard (1926, 81-82) no. 6, though this has a variant obverse legend.
