An incomplete copper alloy Jetton of Post-Medieval date (AD 1553- 1584). Probably struck by Hans Schultes I in Nuremberg.
Obverse: Three crowns alternately with three Lis arranged centrifugally around what appears to be a petalled Rose.
Reverse: Imperial orb surmounted by cross patty: within a tressure of three simple arches.
The jetton is missing three small sections of its outer flan.
Diameter: 21.19mm, Thickness: 0.47mm, Weight: 0.6g.
