A complete post medieval copper alloy finger ring, dating from c.1500 - 1800. The ring is a circular band. There is a horizontal line where the band has been soldered together. The hoop has been bent out of shape. The ring has a whitish-grey patina suggesting that is has lead content. The diameter is 18mm and the weight 2.35g. It is not definitive that this is a finger ring it maybe a component element of another object like a ferrule.
