A large and heavily abraded body sherd of Medieval coarseware, dating c. 1150-1400. It demonstrates an orangey brown outer surface with a blackish grey inner fabric, with frequent inclusions of sand/quartz temper visible. Preserved in abraded condition, it survives to a length of 54.50mm down its longest axis, 46.20mm wide, and 9.16mm thick at its midpoing. It weighs 22.12g.
