A retouched tertiary flint flake. The flake is sub oval, one end rounded, one end rectilinear and has a possible lateral break the mid way point. Both faces show covering scalar scars, struck from multiple angles. All faces including that of the possible break are now covered in a thin, milky white, speckled re-cortification with the natural mid brown colour of the flint beneath showing through in areas.The flint is semi-opaque with a mid gloss patina and a large area of beige matt inclusion at the proximal end.
