A ceramic body sherd from a wheel thrown, grog tempered, Roman coarse ware vessel dating to the period c. AD 43 - 410. The sherd has a reduced grey core. It exhibits frequent poorly sorted angular inclusions of buff coloured grog. The sherd is 79.85mm in length, 62.35mm wide and weighs 80.41 grams.
