An incomplete silver Medieval penny of Henry V, dating to the period AD 1420-1422. It has been cut crudely in half, with a further tear through one part of the legend. It is a Class G, minted at York. Obverse depicts forward facing bust with trefoil to the right of the crown and mullet to the left, reverse depicts solid long cross with three pellets in each quadrant. Mint of York, North 1404 (North, JJ, 1991, English Hammered Coinage Volume 2, Spink & Son, London p 71, no 1404).
