Copper alloy possible button or cloak fastener. Cast button of plano-convex section with a wide central boss with a circumferential design of two orders and a plain outer rim; thickly plated with white metal. The stub of a loop of uncertain form, possibly integrally cast, remains on the back with light rust staining near it. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1660-1800.
