A piece of debitage of probable Neolithic to Bronze Age date, circa 4000 - 801 BC. The debitage is in the form of a secondary flake and retains c.10% cortex. The ventral face exhibits a low bulb of percussion and 6 negative flake scars. A striking platform is present at the proximal end. The dorsal face has 5 parallel flake scars from previous flake removal. The flint is mid grey in colour with white inclusions.
The flake measures 40.75mm in length, 47.83mm in width, 12.61mm in thickness and weighs 27.38g.
