An incomplete cast copper-alloy double-looped annular buckle dating to the Medieval period, c. 1350-1500. It is circular in plan, with a slightly bevelled upper surface and flattened underside bearing the traces of filing marks. The wire pin is missing in old damage. From the upper edge of the buckle, a rectangular projecting suspension loop extends. Preserved in good condition with an even green patina, it measures 48.58mm long, 40.53mm wide, and 2.42mm thick at the midpoint of the frame. It weighs 20.37g.
