A complete copper-alloy figurine of a bull of Modern date.
The animal is in a standing position with head in a butting pose and tail raised.
The horns are horizontal and the eyes and ears are well defined. The body is slender and the top of the buttocks have a casting seam which is just visible. The tail is raised forming an 'S' shape. The front legs project forwards at an angle of about 45° and the rear legs are vertical. A lobed protrusion forms the genitals. The body is 'stippled' to represent hair. The hooves are flat on the underside and sharp around their edges. Each leg is flat on the inner face.
This figurine has a bluish green patina with some small areas of corrosion.
