A Post-Medieval lead powder measure cap, probably dating to the 17th century. The cap has slightly flaring sides, with a flat, oval top. The cap has been crushed, with the sides squashed together. The vestigial remains of two attachment loops survive at the top of the cap, one on either side. Vertical casting seems are visible on either side of the cap, on a line perpendicular to the attachment loops.
